J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. Present petition has been filed as Habeas Corpus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the respondents to produce his partner, aged 23 years.
2. Ms. A who is Ex-girlfriend of the petitioner, is present in Court and submits that she had friendship with petitioner when they were in Dubai. She submits that she had been staying in Dubai since her childhood and she remained there, even after petitioner came to India.
3. Thereafter, due to some personal reasons and for career advancement, she severed her relationship/friendship from the petitioner.
4. The petitioner submits that he has filed the present petition just to ensure about her safety and states that since she is safe and has moved to India with her relatives, no further order is required to be passed.
5. Ms. A admits that she had earlier sent message to the petitioner under some erroneous assumption which led to filing of this case.
6. Be that as it may, in view of aforesaid, no further order is warranted.
7. It is, however, made clear that the parents/relatives of the petitioner and her partner shall not indulge in any act resulting in any untoward incident and shall not create any hindrance in their lives.
8. The petition is accordingly, disposed of.
