1. Mr. Abhishek Khanna, learned Counsel for the respondent very fairly states that, instead of going into the merits of this petition, given the circumstances in which relief has been sought, this writ petition may be directed to be treated as a representation and the respondents may be given time to take a decision thereon.

2. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to take a decision on the petitioner’s prayer for reversing the order of transfer, treating this writ petition as a representation, within a period of two weeks from today.

3. Till the said decision is taken, Mr. Abhishek Khanna, learned SPC appearing for the respondents, on instructions from Mr. Ajay Pal, Law Officer, undertakes not to press for compliance with the order of transfer.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
