1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 19961 for extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, which was in seisin of the dispute between the parties.

2. The mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is stated to have expired on 16 August 2024.

3. The extension of the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal by one year is sought.

4. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

5. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by one year with effect from 16 August 2024.

6. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

7. Let a copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master to learned Counsel for the parties.
