JUDGMENT (ORAL)
% 12.03.2025

C. HARI SHANKAR, J.
1. Though this petition, as it has been drafted and filed by the petitioner, who appears in person, has several defects, the essential grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner’s prayer for interim relief has not been considered by the Central Administrative Tribunal1.

2. We see from the record that the Tribunal has, by order dated 9 January 2025, granted time to the respondents to file reply.

3. It appears that, till date, there is no decision by the Tribunal, even ad interim, on the prayer for interim relief as contained in para 8 of the OA filed by the petitioner.

4. We, accordingly, dispose of this petition with a direction to the Tribunal to take a decision, ad interim or final, on the prayer for interim relief contained in para 8 of the OA filed by the petitioner, on 17 March 2025, on which date the matter is next listed before the Tribunal.

5. The Tribunal is requested to take a decision on the petitioner’s prayer for interim relief on the said date.

6. We request Ms. Sriparna Chatterjee, Advocate (Mobile No.9999941193) who appears before us regularly, to appear on behalf of the petitioner, when the matter comes up on 17 March 2025, as the petitioner appears unaware of legal technicalities.

7. The petition stands disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.

8. Let a copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the parties dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.

9. The Registry/Court Master is directed to inform Ms. Chatterjee of the order passed today.
