1. After some arguments, Mr Abdhesh Chaudhary, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of petitioner, seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 07.11.2014 passed under Section 127 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 [in short, Act] whereby, pursuant to a search and seizure operation, the petitioners cases were centralized with the office of ACIT, Central Circle, Bareli, Uttar Pradesh.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, albeit, as per law.
3. Consequently, pending application shall stand closed.
