J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following prayer:-
�a. Issue directions under the Writ of Habeas Corpus to the Respondents to trace out the daughter of petitioner Miss S who is missing since 05.01.2024.
b. Issue directions to take appropriate legal action against the culprits, if any, involved in commission or abatement of the offence.�
2. Issue notice. Learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice and has produced status report dated 10.04.2024. The same is taken on record.
3. The daughter of the petitioner is also present in Court in person. She states that her date of birth is 05.03.2006. She further states that she got married to one Mr. Suraj on 08.04.2024 after attaining the age of 18 years. She states that she has been living happily with her husband and does not want to go back to her parents and would like to continue to live with her husband.
4. Since daughter of the petitioner, who is present in Court, is, admittedly, major and has married as per her own wish and has stated before us that she wants to stay with her husband, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. She is thus, at liberty, to go with her husband.
5. We also direct that the petitioner and her family members shall not create any hindrance in their matrimonial life.
6. Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
