Oncomplaintof respondentNo. 2, presentFIR wasregisteredon01.06.2017.
4.The disputeshavebeenamicablyresolvedbetweenthe partiesvidesettlementdeeddated20.10.2023. The marriagebetweenpetitioner andrespondentNo. 2hasbeendissolvedbydecreeof divorce bywayofmutualconsentunderSection13B(2) of the HinduMarriageActvide judgmentdated30.03.2024.
5.LearnedAPP for the State submitsthatinviewof amicable settlementbetweentheparties, the State hasnoobjectionincase the FIRinquestionisquashed.
6.PetitioneraswellasrespondentNo. 2arepresentinpersonandhavebeenidentifiedbySI KavishRana, PS:LaxmiNagar.Co-accused/familymembers of the petitioner are statedtohave been discharged vide order dated24.11.2021.I haveinteractedwiththe partiesandtheyconfirmthatthematter hasbeenamicablysettledbetweenthemwithoutanythreat, pressureor coercion. RespondentNo. 2alsostatesthatnothingremainstobe further
adjudicateduponbetweenthe partiesandhe hasnoobjectionincase the FIR

registered at P.S.: Shakarpur (East) and proceedings emanating therefrom
stand quashed.
