1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. These matters pertain to the Kalkaji Mandir, which this Court has been hearing from time to time. These are part-heard matters.
Remuneration of the Architects
3. In terms of the previous order dated 6th October, 2023, the amount of Rs.2 lakhs was to be released to Mr. Goonmeet Singh Chauhan, Architect and a sum of Rs.2.5 lakhs was to be released to Ms. Himanshi Kaushik, Architect on behalf of the Pujaris.
4. It appears from the report which has been submitted that remuneration of Mr. Goonmeet Singh Chauhan has been released to him. However, remuneration of Ms. Kaushik has not been released. Accordingly, it is directed that the worthy Registrar General shall release the amount in favor of Ms. Himanshi Kaushik in terms of the previous order dated 6th October, 2023. 5. Today, it is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the ld. Administrator that insofar as the parking issue is concerned, the same has been resolved as the present baridaars have expressed their inability to run the parking. The ld. Administrator has engaged an MCD authorized contractor who has deposited a sum of Rs.6 lakhs with the ld. Administrator.
6. Accordingly, let the parking be managed during the Navratra period as directed by the ld. Administrator.
7. It is again reiterated that insofar as the Navratra period commencing from 15th October, 2023 is concerned, all authorities shall comply with the directions and notices issued by the ld. Administrator so as to ensure that during the Navratra period when lakhs of devotees visit the Kalkaji Mandir, the darshan can be arranged for all of them in a smooth manner without any impediment.
