J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. Present petition has been filed as Habeas Corpus under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the respondents to produce missing minor daughter of the petitioner.
2. Mr.Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that minor daughter of the petitioner is present in the Court today.
3. She was traced out from Gurugram on 30.12.2023 and did not allege any sexual or physical assault. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. also does not incriminate anyone and as per the order of CWC, Kalkaji, her custody has already been restored to her mother i.e. petitioner herein.
4. The missing daughter is also present in Court.
5. In view of abovesaid, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of in view of abovesaid development.
6. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
