JUDGMENT

SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J. (ORAL)

1. Petitioner impugns rejection orders dated 25.11.2023 and 02.12.2023 on the ground that petitioner has been found to be medically unfit.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the respondents have stated that petitioner has weak distant vision i.e. 6/9, both eyes. He submits that petitioner got himself examined at various medical institutes and they have all reported the unaided vision of the petitioner as 6/6.
3. Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. Without getting into the controversy, we direct the specialist at Research and Referral Hospital of Army to examine the petitioner and report with regard to the uncorrected and unaided vision of the petitioner. The In-charge, Research and Referral Hospital of Army is directed to expeditiously appoint a specialist for examining the petitioner.
5. In case the petitioner is found fit, appropriate consequential action shall be taken by the respondents in accordance with law.
6. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
7. Order dasti under the signature of Court Master.
