3. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the dispute between the parties.
4. It is stated that the mandated of the learned arbitrator would expire on 14 September 2024.
5. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.
6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by six months from 14 September 2024.
7. The petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
