1. Mr. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that an appeal bearing A. No. 403/2019 titled as �Manoj Kumar Gupta vs South Delhi Municipal Corporation� is pending before the learned ATMCD and is listed for final hearing on 14.03.2023.
2. In view of the fact that interim protection was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 15.10.2019 and the fact that the appeal is soon to be taken up for final hearing, it would be in the interest of justice to extend the stay till the disposal of the appeal pending before the ATMCD.
3. The present petition along with pending application is disposed of with the above directions with no order as to costs.
