1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
W.P.(C) 4079/2025 & CM APPL. 18931/2025
2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Orders dated 29.02.2024 and 16.07.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal) in M.A. No.101/2024 in Original Application No.3912/2023, by which, the learned Tribunal directed that the respondent nos.1 to 3 shall not take any further action as a consequence of the Impugned Seniority List. The interim order continues, because of which the petitioners have filed the present petition.
3. We are informed that the petitioners did not oppose the prayer of the Official Respondents to have the O.A. heard along with O.A. No.1827/2020, which is now listed for hearing on 21.05.2025.
4. As the petition is itself listed before the learned Tribunal on 21.05.2025, we do not deem it appropriate to interfere in the Impugned Orders passed, at this stage. We, however, request the learned Tribunal to expedite the disposal of the O.A.(s) pending before it and not grant any unwarranted adjournments to either party.
5. The learned counsels for the parties assure this Court that they shall fully co-operate with the learned Tribunal in this regard.
6. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
