1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 19961 seeking extension of mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal who is in seisin of the disputes between the parties by a period of six months.
2. It is stated that the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal is going to expire on 11 September 2024.
3. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate.
4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by a period of six months from 11 September 2024.
5. The petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
