1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the 1996 Act”) seeking extension of the mandate of learned Arbitral Tribunal which is stated to have expired in August 2024.

2. Learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal shall stand extended by a period of six months from today. The mandate shall be deemed to have been continuing from August 2023.

4. The petition stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
