Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh Inaugurates Key Centres of Excellence at Rashtriya Raksha University, Pasighat

On 6th October 2025, Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) had the privilege of hosting the Hon’ble Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt Gen Kaiwalya Trivikram Parnaik, PVSM, UYSM, YSM (Retd.), at its Pasighat Campus. The visit marked the inauguration of four key centres of excellence, reflecting RRU’s commitment to advancing national security, research, community welfare, and holistic student development.

The programme featured the NDPS Laboratory, enhancing research and testing in narcotics and psychotropic substances; the Human Performance Laboratory, promoting sports science and physical fitness, and the Psychosocial Care Centres at Anne’s Home and Sub-Jail Pasighat, strengthening psychosocial support and rehabilitation for vulnerable populations.
