1. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 (“the 1996 Act”) for extension of the mandate of the Arbitrator presently in seisin of the dispute between the parties.

2. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator is stated to have expired on 21 March 2024.

3. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

4. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by four months from today.

5. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
