3. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to decide his representation dated 31.01.2015.
4. Issue notice.
5. As none was appearing for the respondents, we requested Mr.Karan Shankar Mani, the learned counsel who regularly appears for the respondents before this Court, to accept notice on behalf of the respondents.
6. Let a copy of the paper book be supplied to him by the learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day.
7. Keeping in view the nature of the relief claimed, we direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.
8. In case, the decision taken by the respondents is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. We make it clear that we have not considered the merits of the claim of the petitioner, and the question of limitation shall also remain open to be adjudicated in an appropriate proceeding, if instituted.
9. With the above said direction, the petition is disposed of.
