3. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) and 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

4. It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator would expire on 9 October 2024.

5. The learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by nine months from 9 October 2024.

7. The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
