Withdrawing Cases Filed Against Farmers

State Governments take care of law and order in the respective States and take decisions for registering/ withdrawal of criminal cases and record is also maintained by them only.

This information was given by the Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar in a written reply in Lok Sabha today.
