CGHS Pune Organizes ‘Samuhik Shramdaan’ Under ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ Campaign

The Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS), Mukund Nagar, Pune, organized a ‘Samuhik Shramdaan’ (community cleanliness drive) today as part of the “Swachhata Hi Seva” campaign.
The one-day program was conducted near the Additional Director’s Office on Mukund Nagar Street. As part of this initiative, officers and staff from the CGHS office came together to carry out one hour of voluntary cleaning work, demonstrating their strong commitment to cleanliness and public hygiene.
Key participants included Additional Director, Dr. Chandra Prakash Choudhary, along with Dr. Sanjeev Kendre, Dr. (Mrs.) Anuradha Sondur, Nodal Officer Dr. Rupesh Vilas Patil, and many other dedicated officers and staff members.
During the Shramdaan, around 300 meters of the premises were cleaned, resulting in a noticeable improvement in the cleanliness of the area.
This event not only promoted awareness about the importance of cleanliness but also showcased the power of collective effort and a shared sense of social responsibility.
