1. As the order dated 13 May 2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal1 in OA 3273/2019 is not properly reasoned, learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter may be set aside and the OA 3273/2019 may be remanded to the Tribunal for consideration afresh.

2. Accordingly, the order dated 13 May 2024 passed by the Tribunal in OA 3273/2019 is quashed and set aside. OA stands remanded to the Tribunal for a decision afresh.

3. In order to expedite matters, both sides are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 21 March 2025.

4. The writ petition is disposed of, in the aforesaid terms.
