1. Learned Counsel for the parties submit ad idem that this petition may be referred to the arbitral tribunal constituted by the order passed today in Arb. P. 1402/2024 for being adjudicated as an application under Section 17 of the 1996 Act.

2. Accordingly, this application is referred to the learned arbitrator for being decided as a Section 17 application.

3. The pleadings in this petition may also be taken into consideration by the learned arbitrator while taking a view in the matter.

4. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the petition.

5. The interim order passed in this case or in Arb. P. 1402/2024 shall continue to remain in force pending further orders to be passed by the learned arbitrator.

6. It shall be open to either side to request the learned arbitrator to conduct the hearing virtually in case there is a difficulty in appearing physically in the matter.

7. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
