Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya Kickstarts Viksit Bharat Ambassador- Yuva Connect Programme in Pune

Union Minister for Youth Affairs & Sports and Labour & Employment, Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, today officially launched the Viksit Bharat Ambassador- Yuva Connect Programme in Pune, Maharashtra. The event marked the beginning of a nationwide campaign to engage young Indians in the nation’s journey towards a developed India by 2047 with an overwhelming response from youth across the region.

In his keynote address, Dr. Mandaviya highlighted, “India’s youth are the key to achieving the dream of Viksit Bharat by 2047. Through initiatives like this, we aim to create awareness and empower young minds to play an active role in the nation’s development journey.”

The inaugural session featured a compelling presentation on India’s remarkable progress towards becoming a Viksit Bharat by Union Minister, followed by a motivational talk by Shri Swapnil Kusale, Paris Olympics Bronze Medallist, inspiring the students with their personal success story. The event culminated in an interactive Q&A session, allowing students to engage directly with the esteemed guests on the transformative agenda of Viksit Bharat.

Participants also engaged in the ‘Ek Ped Maa ke Naam’ campaign, planting saplings in honour of their mothers, symbolizing the connection between nurturing the environment and the nation’s growth. Local influencers and community leaders participated, adding value to the event through their engagement with the youth.

The Viksit Bharat Ambassador- Yuva Connect Programme will travel to various locations across India, starting from Maharashtra, continuing its mission to mobilize and engage the nation’s youth to drive the Viksit Bharat agenda forward.
