3. This is a petition under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the disputes between the parties.

4. It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator have expired on 1 September 2024.

5. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by two months from 1 September 2024.

7. The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
