3. This is a petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961 for extension of the mandate of the arbitrator in seisin of the dispute between the parties which, the Court has been informed, has reserved the award in the matter.
4. It is stated that the mandate of the learned arbitrator have expired on 31 August 2024.
5. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.
6. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator stands extended by three months from 31 August 2024.
7. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
