2. The application is accordingly disposed of.

3. Present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent nos.1 & 2 to produce the wife of the petitioner namely Anjali, before this Court.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 06.04.2023, petitioner and his wife have been enjoying their marriage. However, parents of the wife have given a threat to face dire consequences in future if they continue to live together.
5. Learned counsel further submits that he sent his wife with her father who is respondent no.3 in the present petition in good faith, on being emotionally manipulated by him and on the promise that he will send his daughter back to him on doing a Bidai ceremony. However, on 16.10.2023, petitioner, on inquiry, was informed that respondent no.3 has fixed the marriage of petitioner’s wife forcefully against her wish and that the family is no longer residing in Delhi.
6. Notice issued.
7. Learned APP for State accepts notice and submits that wife of the petitioner is present in the Court.
8. The wife of the petitioner, Ms.Anjali, aged 21 years, is present in Court and submits that she has consciously decided to stay with the parents and would like to continue to do the same. Though she had married the petitioner in Arya Samaj Vivah Mandal, Shahdara, Delhi, however, she would not like to cohabit with the petitioner anymore.
9. In view of abovesaid, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take steps before the appropriate forum as per law.
