J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. in the form of Habeas Corpus seeking directions to the respondent to produce petitioner’s daughter Miss ‘A’ and to handover her custody to the petitioner.
2. Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on 07.01.2024 around 08:00 AM, his daughter Miss ‘A’, aged 20 years, went out of her house saying that she has to appear for an exam at Karol Bagh, Delhi and since then, she has been missing. She was last seen at ISKON Temple, Amar Colony. Thereafter, on 08.01.2024, the petitioner filed a complaint at Police Station Amar Colony, Delhi vide GD entry No.0067A, however, it was to no avail.

4. Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.
5. Miss ‘A’ appears through video conferencing and submits that she is married to one Manas Pandey with her own free will and their such marriage is not acceptable to her parents. She further submits that she is living happily with her husband.
6. Since Miss ‘A’ is an adult and married, therefore, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.
7. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of.
