JUDGMENT

:
1. Present writ petition has been preferred seeking the following
relief : – D. N. PATEL, Chief Justice (Oral)

Proceedings in the matter have been conducted through video
conferencing.
“a). Issue a writ of mandamus and / or any other writ,
order or direction the nature thereof directing the
Respondents to either unblock the e -facility to enable the
Petitioner to download pending C Forms or issue the
pending C Forms manually. ”

2. Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that suffice it would be
for disposal of this writ petition if this petition is treated as a representation

by the concerned Respondent Autho rity and the grievances ventilated in this
petition are decided in accordance with law, rules, regulations and
Government policies, applicable to the facts of the case, as expeditiously as
possible and practicable , preferably within a time- bound schedule .
3. Having heard the counsels for both parties and looking at the facts and
circumstances of the case and the grievances ventilated in this petition and
also looking to the earlier decisions rendered by this Court, we hereby direct
the concerned Respondent Aut hority to treat this writ petition as a
representation and decide the same in accordance with law, rules,
regulations and Government policies applicable to the facts of the case, after
giving an adequate opportunity of hearing to the petitioner , as expedit iously
as possible and practicable but not later than eight weeks from the date of
receipt of the copy of this order .
4. With these observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
