2021:DHC:167W.P.(C) 3298/2020 & connected matters Page 4 of 43. The Bar Council of Delhi (hereinafter ‘BCD’) raises a grievance that
some lawyers could not open the link for updating their personal data.

collaborative approach to ensure that all lawyers update their data on or
before 30thJanuary, 2021. In case all lawyers do not update their data, the
data as is available with the GNCTD/BCD shall be given to the New India
Assurance Company Limited (hereinafter, ‘NIACL’) who will then issue e-
cards to all the eligible advocates. At the time of receiving any claim, if
there is any data discrepancy which is found, correction of the data would be
permitted by the NIACL after verification with the BCD/ GNCTD. The final
data shall be transmitted to NIACL on or before 5thFebruary, 2021 and the
e-cards shall be issued by NIACL on or before 15thFebruary, 2021.
5. The excess premium amounts in terms of the order dated 15th
