J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. The petitioner in his petition has made following prayer:
a) To direct the respondents not to discriminate/harass the petitioner on ground of his case, and appropriate action as per law be taken against the guilty persons being Commander VS Naniya, Commander TP Singh, Commander Anoop Thomas, Commodore VKP Pathak, Capt. Harpreet Singh by the respondents.
b) To Direct the National Commission for Scheduled Castes for expeditiously finish the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner.
C) To Direct the respondents to compensate the petitioner and to take all remedial steps to mitigate the losses suffered by the petitioner due to delayed promotion.
d) To quash the departmental inquiry committee report dated 17.02.2022 .
e) To direct the respondent department to conduct orientation and sensitisation session in view of the stand taken by the respondent before the National Commission of Schedule Caste.
f) To direct the respondents to pay compensation of Rs. 10 Crores to the petitioner for the mental agony.

2. Regarding the discrimination being committed to the petitioner by the Officer of the Respondent Department, a complaint is pending for consideration before the National Commission for Schedule Caste.
3. Accordingly, we hereby without commenting on the merit of the case at this stage direct the National Commission for Schedule Caste to decide the complaint of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within three months form today.
4. The Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the Chairman of the National Commission for Schedule Caste.
5. Needless to say that if the petitioner still aggrieved, he may challenge the same before the appropriate Court.
6. The petition is accordingly disposed of along with all pending applications.
