J U D G M E N T (oral)
1. Vide the present petition, petitioner seeks directions to the respondents to adjudicate the representation dated 15.12.2022 preferred by the petitioner for increment/financial benefits in a time bound manner.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the aforesaid representation preferred by the petitioner has not been decided by the respondents till date.
3. Learned Senior Panel Counsel for respondents, who is appearing on advance notice, on instructions, has assured this Court that the said representation shall be decided within four weeks.
4. In view of above, we hereby direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 15.12.2022 filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today and communicate the decision thereof to the petitioner within one week thereafter with a reasoned order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, the present petition is disposed of.
6. Needless to say, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by the decision of the respondents on his representation, he may approach the appropriate forum.
