1. A perusal of the orders dated 16.09.2019, 10.01.2020, 13.04.2022 and 08.08.2022 shows that there has been no appearance on behalf of the appellant before this Court.
2. There is no appearance on behalf of the appellant even today.
3. Mr. Pramod Kumar, respondent-in-person, appears and submits that as per his information, the appellant – Pintu Gautam had already left for his heavenly abode some time in December 2021.
4. Be that as it may, in view of the fact that there has been no appearance on behalf of the appellant from 16.09.2019 till today and no information in respect of the status of the appellant or the information in respect of what the respondent in person has submitted is made available, this Court is constrained to dismiss the appeal in default.
5. The appeal along with pending application is dismissed in default.
