The Department of Justice ensures to expedite the resolution of commercial disputes & enhance the Ease of Doing Business in India, Dedicated Commercial Courts have been established in Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Kolkata. This has helped in focusing on commercial disputes and their speedy disposal.
